Happy New Year to all and a warm welcome to all new residents! To those who renewed your lease agreement, thank you! It makes us happy to know that you are happy residing here. We will continue to do our best to care for our community and accommodate your needs. Here’s to a wonderful year!
HOT WATER SHUT OFF SCHEDULED FOR JAN 2, 2024
Attention resident: on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Benrich will be performing essential repair and servicing work on our boiler system. To ensure the safety and efficiency of the system,
hot water will be temporarily shut off for approximately 4 hours, starting at around 10 AM.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask that you prepare accordingly for the lack of hot water during this time. Please note that cold water will still be available.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain a comfortable living environment.
Please do not leave any large items or furniture in the trash room. Furniture items are not considered regular trash and there is an extra charge for Recology to come out and pick up the items. If you need to discard of any furniture, please contact the leasing office first with details and we can schedule a pickup for you. Generally, there is a $35.00 charge for the 1st item, and each additional item is $30.00.
The first 1-2 furniture items per apartment are free each year if the resident calls Recology Garbage directly to schedule the pickup: 408-725-4020.
We also ask that you place the furniture item(s) neatly inside the trash room (outside of the dumpsters), and out of the walkway. DO NOT leave the furniture just below the trash room steps or in the garage near the trash room. It must be placed inside the trash room.
Holiday Tree collection occurs the day after December 25 and four (4) weeks thereafter.
Please contact the leasing office before placing your tree in the trash room so our office can contact Recology and arrange an agreed upon date for collection. Residents will need to take their tree to the trash room and place it near the green compost bin.
Holiday Trees must be removed from stands; and in lengths no longer than six (6) feet; and be free of ornaments, garlands, tinsel etc.
Flocked trees are not accepted in compost collection because the flocking can often contain non-compostable materials including adhesives, flame retardant, or additives. Flocked trees have to be dumped as garbage (again, in lengths of no more than 6 feet!).
So, be sure to follow these easy steps to properly dispose of your tree and start the new year off right.

There are different pricing packages available with no contract and no price change for 12 months. Come to the event, learn more about AT&T Fiber.
We are updating the package cabinet access code in our mailroom to change effective on January 2nd, 2024. Be sure to contact our leasing office for the new access code! You can request it ahead of time, also.
Remember, be sure to log on the sheet inside the cabinet each time you take a package and lock the cabinet back after each use by reentering the code.
