Balcony Ledges – Safety Concern!

Recently, there have been reports of incidents involving plants/pots falling from balcony ledges, posing a significant safety concern. We take the safety of our residents seriously, and we would like to emphasize the importance of responsible use of balcony spaces.

To ensure the well-being of everyone in our community, we urge all tenants to refrain from placing any items, including plants and pots, on balcony ledges. We understand the desire to decorate and enhance your living spaces, but the potential risks associated with such actions are far too great.

Our team will conduct regular inspections to identify and address any
instances of items being improperly placed on balconies.

Water Shut Off

Please be advised that there will be a temporary interruption to our water supply due to essential repairs on our plumbing system.

Water will be unavailable from approximately:

10 AM to 1 PM on 4/1/24.

POOL SEASON HAS ARRIVED!

THE POOL IS NOW HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. PLEASE REMEMBER NO
ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 IS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA WITHOUT ADULT
SUPERVISION. GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESIDENT.
NO TOYS, INNER TUBES OR OTHER OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL
AT ANY TIME.

Residents can report noise complaints, parking violations, or suspicious activity to “ISC ILLYRIA SECURITY” –
They can be reached after office hours between 7 PM- 5 AM through our main line option.
