Hello, Dear Residents!
As we step into the sunny embrace of July, the air is filled with the promise of lazy days and warm evenings. Summer has settled in, painting our days with hues of sunshine and filling our hearts with joy 🙂

SWEET LAND OF LIBERTY
As we approach the Fourth of July, it’s time to embrace the spirit of freedom and patriotism. This special day marks the anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, a momentous occasion in American history. Lets reflect on the values of liberty and independence, and cherish the precious freedoms we enjoy.

4th of July Strawberries

Ingredients:

• Strawberries, washed and dried
• White chocolate
• Blue sugar, edible glitter, or sprinkles (blue sugar is shown in the picture)

Instructions:

Place blue sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for two minutes. Stir until the bowl is no longer warm. Then microwave for 30 second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted. Dip the lower two thirds of the strawberries in the melted white chocolate. Then, dip the lower third of the strawberries in the blue sugar or spoon it onto the strawberry. Place on wax paper or Silpat until completely cool.

Beat the Heat with Pool Fun!
We hope you’re finding ways to beat the summer sizzle. Speaking of which, here’s a friendly reminder about our pool rules to keep the splash zone safe and fun for everyone:

• Remember to rinse off in the shower before taking a dip.
• The pool is exclusively for residents and occupants listed on the rental agreement along with their guests. Don’t forget, guests need to be accompanied by a resident or occupant.
• Leave the pool toys and floaties at home, folks. No objects allowed in the water.
• No food, drinks, glass, alcohol, or animals allowed in the pool area.
• Little ones under 14? They need adult supervision to make a splash!
• Feeling under the weather? Skip the pool until you’re feeling shipshape.
• Play nice! No diving, pushing, running, or roughhousing allowed.
• Let’s keep the tunes in your ears, not blaring around the pool. Radios and music players are a no-go unless you’re using headphones.
