Property Safety

Please refrain from letting strangers
into the property by keeping the
doors locked. The property has secure
access, and every resident has their
own key or unique code to enter. If
you are unfamiliar with the
individual(s) requesting access, please
avoid inviting them into the property.

FRIENDLY COMMUNITY REMINDERS

• Avoid feeding wildlife/birds on the premises as it can
  attract pests.
• Residents should not use the property dumpsters for
  large items like beds and furniture. Please dispose of
  such items properly (e.g., at donation centers) or
  arrange for pickup by Recology South Bay. For further
  information, reach out to the Leasing office.
• Remember to switch off the propane tank on your grills
  after use and avoid storing them on your balcony.

KEEPING A CLEAN COMMUNITY:

We want to keep our community clean
and well-maintained. This means that
trash should never be left in hallways,
balconies, or laundry rooms. It is
important to always dispose of trash
properly by placing it inside the
provided dumpsters. Leaving trash
outside of the dumpster is not only
unsightly, but it can also result in fines
assessed by the office. Additionally,
please avoid dragging your trash bags
through the hallways, as this can stain
the carpet and create an unpleasant
smell. Let’s work together to maintain a
clean and welcoming environment for
all residents.

FRUIT & GRANOLA BREAKFAST POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ CUPS HINT OF HONEY BLUE DIAMOND ALMOND MILK
• ¾ CUPS PLAIN NONFAT GREEK YOGURT
• 1 TABLESPOON HONEY
• ⅓ CUP FRUIT
• ⅓ CUP GRANOLA

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix together the almond milk, yogurt, and honey together. You can mix this in a
bowl, food processor, or blender. I used a blender for faster mixing and easier
pouring.
Pour the milk mixture into the popsicle molds. Evenly distribute the fruit and
granola into the molds, using a butter knife to mix them in. Due to the thickness of
the milk and yogurt, the fruit and granola will not sink to the bottom of the molds.
Freeze for about 1½ hours. Stick the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze until
solid – about another 3-4 hours.
To remove the popsicle sticks, briefly place the molds under warm water, then pull
out.
