Financial Analyst Mainly responsible for financial analysis in support of the financing, acquisition, development, marketing and leasing of properties developed and owned by De Anza Building & Maintenance, Inc. The Candidate will give professional advice to the management team and our investors based on the economic conditions, market trends and their financial situation. The Candidate needs to focus on financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence. The Financial Analyst will work closely with De Anza principals to refine and implement the Company’s investment and development strategies. Ensure the investment portfolios are stable and help with increasing holdings. Be responsible for mitigating risks, analyzing and comparing the relative quality of various income-producing real estate assets, and evaluating existing real estate assets according to company standards with detailed analysis of year-over-year performance and analysis to original underwriting, incorporating comparisons to industry performance benchmarks. Create and update property level underwriting and asset management financial models to develop multiple projects. Focus on a specific aspect of real estate, like concentrating in one particular type of property or working only in a specific region. Identify and highlight key operating trends and assist in the preparation of monthly financial operating results relating to performance metrics of assets and investments. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration with Finance Concentration required. Minimum 2 years’ experience as Financial Analyst in similar industry required.
