Balcony Ledges – Safety Concern!

Recently, there have been reports of incidents involving plants/pots falling from balcony ledges, posing a significant safety concern. We take the safety of our residents seriously, and we would like to emphasize the importance of responsible use of balcony spaces.

To ensure the well-being of everyone in our community, we urge all tenants to refrain from placing any items, including plants and pots, on balcony ledges. We understand the desire to decorate and enhance your living spaces, but the potential risks associated with such actions are far too great.

Our team will conduct regular inspections to identify and address any
instances of items being improperly placed on balconies.

THE POOL IS NOW HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. PLEASE REMEMBER NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 IS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESIDENT. NO TOYS, INNER TUBES OR OTHER OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL AT ANY TIME.

Chocolate-Covered Easter Eggs

• 1⁄2 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
• 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 (8-OUNCE) PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
• 2 1⁄2 POUNDS CONFECTIONERS’ SUGAR
• 1 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER (OPTIONAL)
• 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT (OPTIONAL)
• 1 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER (OPTIONAL)
• 2 CUPS SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE PIECES
• 1 TABLESPOON SHORTENING OR VEGETABLE OIL (OPTIONAL)

DIRECTIONS

Mix butter, vanilla, and cream cheese together in a large bowl. Use your hands to stir in confectioners’ sugar to make a workable dough.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Divide dough into four equal amounts. Set one piece of dough aside. Mix peanut butter into one, coconut into another, and cocoa powder into the last piece. Roll each type of dough into egg shapes; place on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate until hard, at least an hour.

Melt chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth. If the chocolate seems too thick for coating, stir in a teaspoon of shortening or oil until it thins to your desired consistency. Dip chilled candy eggs in chocolate, and return to the lined cookie sheet to set. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to harden.
