Doing good can make you feel good, but it may also add years to your life. When you perform an act of kindness, your body releases the hormone oxytone, which can lower stress and produce a calming effect. Research shows people who make a habit of doing good deeds such as holding doors open for others and giving compliments, as well as more involved chantable acts like volunteering, experience health benefits that can contribute toa longer and happier life.
With the rainy season upon us, it’s important to take steps to protect your apartment from flooding. One of the most crucial steps you can take is to keep your balcony clean and free of debris. If your balcony can’t drain properly, water will back up and flood into your apartment, causing costly damage and inconvenience.
Therefore, we urge you to take responsibility for your balcony’s maintenance and report any clogs or blockages to The Podium office immediately.
With your cooperation, we can ensure that everyone stays safe and dry this rainy season.
Don’t give thieves an opportunity to steal from you. Protect your belongings by following these simple tips. When leaving your car, always remember to lock the doors and windows. But also, keep in mind that locked doors won’t stop a determined thief. Therefore, it’s essential to keep your valuables out of sight. Don’t leave anything valuable in your car, but if you must, keep it in the trunk. Thieves are opportunistic, and visible valuables are like magnets to them.
By taking these precautions, you can greatly reduce the chances of becoming a victim of car break-ins.
Stay safe and protect your belongings.
