Maintenance Requests:

It is important to contact the office for any maintenance requests you have, even if you’ve already informed a maintenance staff member. The office needs to log the request into the system before any maintenance can be scheduled. Please call/email us if something in your apartment needs to be repaired and be sure to let us know if we have permission to enter for the repairs in case you are not there.

Green Living Tip

If you are used to washing your clothing in warm or hot water, try washing your next load in cold water. In almost every case, you’ll find that a load washed in cold water comes out as clean as a load washed in warmer water. In fact, your clothing will last longer if you only wash in cold, as there is less wear to the clothing while going through the wash cycle. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle

Halloween/Holiday
Reminder:

Pumpkin season is here! We love that our residents are festive and have beautiful fall displays in their homes or balconies. Please make sure your pumpkin finds its way to the dumpster once the season is over and all Halloween décor is removed. Don’t forget items/décor cannot be set on the balcony ledges.
Please make sure to use battery operated candles for
your pumpkins and décor so candles are not being left unattended.

DOWNSPOUT & GUTTER CLEANING

DOWNSPOUT AND GUTTER CLEANING
ARE SCHEDULED TO START:

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1ST, 2024

THE ENTIRE PROJECT WILL TAKE 2-3
DAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF APPROX. 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.

DURING THIS TIME, THERE WILL BE WORKERS ON THE ROOF TOPS CLEARING OUT ALL LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND SMALL BRANCHES FROM THE DOWNSPOUTS. THE WORKERS WILL BE ON LADDERS, AND THERE MAY BE OTHER EQUIPMENT IN THE WALKWAYS.
PLEASE USE EXTRA CAUTION DURING THIS TIME AND CLOSE YOUR WINDOW BLINDS FOR PRIVACY. NO IN-UNIT ACCESS WILL BE NEEDED. HOWEVER, THE WORKERS MAY ACCESS YOUR BALCONIES FROM THE OUTSIDE. THEY WILL ALSO BE SPRAYING THE DOWNSPOUTS AND GUTTERS WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER.

PLEASE REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM YOUR BALCONY THAT YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO HAVE OVERSPRAY ON.
