Close to the Retail Outlets & Conveniences You Want

If you live at our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments, you’ll be near some of the most desirable retail outlets and other conveniences San Francisco has to offer. It’s just three blocks to Trader Joe’s and four blocks to Whole Foods and Costco.

Trader Joe’s at 555 9th Street is only three blocks away from our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments. Trader Joe’s is a unique grocery store offering food and drink options from all over the world and also great local options too. The nearby Costco at 450 10th St. is only four blocks away from our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments. And the Whole Foods at 450 Rhode Island St. is only four blocks away too!

Our residents of our Bluxome Place Apartments have the convenience of a Safeway supermarket at 298 King St. and Starbucks at 280 King St. It’s only one block away from our Bluxome Place community. If you need to pick up your prescriptions, or other last-minute items, you’ll find the Walgreens at 670 4th St. will have everything you need. And it’s an easy five block stroll to the nearest Whole Foods store.

Easy Access to Activities for Yourself, Your Pets, and Children

If you are a pet owner, Mission Creek Park at 451 Berry St. is a great dog park that offers you so much to do. From our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments, it’s only half a mile to the southern entrance of the park. The park offers a fenced-in play area for your dog and also offers benches to relax and catch up with other pet lovers.

The park is also not just for the pets! In addition to the doggie play areas, there are also children’s play spaces and a waterfront esplanade. The outdoor park area is extensive and is a great place to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. The park is open from 7am to 10pm, but be aware, it tends to be busy in the early evenings.

If your dog is in need of a little more play time and stimulation than you can give, check out K9 Playtime at 590 Brannan Street. Whatever your dog needs this place can provide. It’s just two blocks from our Bluxome Place Apartments. And if you are looking for some dog daycare, only three blocks away, look no further than Bark Avenue Doggy Day Care located at 301 King St.

If you need to relax, get some physical activity, or you just need to burn off some stress, check out the Yoga Tree at 1500 16th St. They offer a variety of classes like Yoga Therapeutics, Wall Ropes, Kundalini, and a full schedule of Vinyasa. The location is located right off the freeway and has plenty of free parking at De Haro Street between 16th and 14th. It’s also only three blocks from our Bluxome Place Apartments.

If you are doing work, which most people do at CoWorking spaces, it provides the away-from-home environment to get work done. The closest coworking option is SOMAcentral at 450 Townsend St, which is just two and a half blocks from our Bluxome Place Apartments. And it is only six blocks from our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments.

Plenty of Access to Transportation

San Francisco Station, at 700 4th St, connects you to dozens of buses and trains to travel throughout the region. BART trains are a little further walk from our communities. You’ll need to walk seven blocks over to the Powell Street Station on 5th street. If you live at our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments, take 8th Street over to the Civic Center/UN Plaza Bart Station.

If you are a fan of biking as your mode of transportation, you can use the Ford GoBike Stations (Bay Wheels). The bike station at 311 Townsend Street is only one and a half blocks from our Bluxome Place Apartments and four blocks from our Metro at Showplace Square Apartments.

If you still want to get around in a car, you can use Zipcar. There is a Zipcar place only a few blocks away at 88 Townsend Street and another one only four blocks away at 383 King Street.
